Not only spawning directly in a Blacksmith's shop, but the chest also containing a diamond.

Oh, and the houses in the ravine is pretty funny. Two Testificates stuck in there and I wonder if they'll have to eat each other to survive. :L

Ant, I've got a good seed. It's "Swag-house" sans the quotes. I haven't done much exploration, but there's a lot of flat land and you spawn near roses. I felt the need to add the part about roses because without bone-meal roses are a pain in the ass to find.
