You should just be looking at a F Major barre mixed in the the standard Dmaj and Emaj chords.

just looking at the tab you made, you play the chorus differently from the tab ( you play it lower on the neck).... what exactly are you doing in the chorus?

I hope you enjoyed it :) To answer your question, I'll first say that the tab for Dandelion I have posted on my site is the only one currently up there that isn't my own work. So, I can't take credit for it. As for the chorus, using the chord names from that tab, I play it with D*, E, Fm#5 simply because I think it sounds nicer. Hope that helps :)
