This is my favorite of Universal's crossover movies they started doing in the 40s. The first third of the film dealing exclusively with Larry Talbot/Wolfman is really good. In all of these (even Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein) Lon Chaney Jr's performance as the troubled Larry Talbot is excellent.

If you get past the overacting.....the plot within each of these classic horror movies were/are gems.
