Surfed this break in 1965 an hour after Huricane Betsy, Outside break was hitting 35 feet.Glass with off shore breeze. These videos are of shore break. The reef break can be seen on the outside. about 300 yards off shore. Tubes you could stand full up. If anyone has pictures or knowledge of that day in 1965 please contact me towns6@yahoo.com

THANK YOU for posting this video. I spent many hours on Coca Beach in the 60s/70s . I remember being on the beach under the same conditions during the 70s and had a great time. I loved to body surf and a younger brother loved to use a board. When I would catch a wave like seen in this video it felt as though I was flying.
