House nr 13 (House of Zombies)

This video is made for the Halloween competition 2009 hosted by Richw4.
You can pause the video to read the newspaper or read a short version of it here. The newspaper explains that strange disappearings has accrued at the house nr. 13. The police are too afraid to enter, so two local heroes arrives.

I have used royalty free special effects from www.DigitalJuice.com, www.VideoCopilot.net, www.DetonationFilms.com, www.Partnersinrhyme.com, and www.sxc.hu

I used Adobe After Effects and Sony Vegas to make this video.

I have done a lot of editing in this video. E.g. I have changed the wall color from pink to dark yellow and much more. (Pink walls don't go along with a zombie horror movie lol). You can see another version of this video on my channel, without all the sfx. (You can find it as a video response to this video)

Thanks - But I do wonder if anyone noticed that the two posters that says "Balon" are fake? I did spend a lot of time masking the posters, so it would look like as it was a part of the movie. I once read that "The best effects are the one you don't notice" :)

Yes, that is you Rich on the poster - I made it because you are a part of the story in the newspaper ;-) Although it might be difficult to read it all.

Great job guys I can see al ot of work went into it!. The newapaper was a nice touch to give a back story (did I also see I am a wanted man on a poster lol?) Great effects and editing although I did laugh at the end where the girls shoot you and says 'sorry'. Thanks for entering and good luck in the comp :)
