@Alec21041965 o my goondess! You are me. I too was a total Abba fan (still am), but then I saw Toyah first on Shoestring, then her itv documentary. I too became a total Toyah fan and I have been ever since. Great isn't it!

I seen her live twice in 1980 but the sound mix in this is awful

@DesirableDecadence1 @Alec21041965 You know, I dont like (radical) feminists, as a rule.. I think people like Toyah, Siouxie, or Chrisie Hynde, or Debbie Harry, made more for women in music, etc, that all that crazy b*ches.

Wow..early riverdance at 3:25!!!

this was the first music I saw/heard from Toyah. I was 15 and I remember just sitting with my mouth open staring at TV and thinking this was amazing! I went from a die hard Abba fan to a die hard Toyah fan!!! LOL.

Toyah is just magnificent here. Yes, before the 'sell out', but she had to move on. Still love her. Happy days!

I remember this so vividly-where would us late 70's early 80's kids be without life soundtracks a la OGWT & Peely? Toyah & Siouxsie were major influences on me as strong female role models-there wasn't as many about back then as there are now (post Spice Girls). Her LWT documentary was inspiring, intriguing & influencial for me as a teenager & I went on to design clothing & work with bands. I wouldn't be who I am if it wasn't for people like Toyah encouraging me to stand out rather than blend in
