i remember like 8 or 9 years ago this show was on cartoon network at like 5:00 in the morning and i always watched it :()

LOL. Thanks for posting this with the lyrics. I remember when me and my brother were very little back in the 60's we would sing the theme song as, "Gigantor the space age robot. He's a.. you know what" :-)

Not Spielberg...Sam Raimi!! Gigantor strikes his fist together to ignite his power source after the camera tilts and reverse-ZOOMS out on our hero! That would ROCK!

compare this to the 2004 anime version, tetsujin 28 go, and u'll see that our robot friend and boy detective have changed a lot XD

I remember when the SciFi channel used to play this along with few other splendid anime shows that shared the same time block as Gigantor and I'd get anyone who was home while I was in elementary school to record the show on our VCR player. Oh, the memories.
