VIP vs VANK ~"Japan Sea" or "East Sea"~

Korean cyber terrorists "VANK" has changed the name "Japan Sea" to "East Sea" in GoogleEarth.
This has exasperated many people,especially Japanese people.
The people, called "Vipper", has attacked the server of VANK, to
appeal that the name "East Sea" is false because of geographic and historical background
