    I don't know about that... sounds about right. If he was going to lie, why would he lie about smoking weed, doing cocaine, drinking Jack Daniels, and then starting a fight with the cops before they shot him with a taser? If he was lying, I would expect something more like, "I was completely sober, and I reached in my pocket to get my ticket so I could prove it was my seat, and suddenly he tasered me for no reason". If you're going to lie, you lie the other way.
