Dude... dude... dude... like many people have already mentioned... how the HELL do you NOT notice where the actual road ENDS and that it's a tunnel for MUNI ONLY? And how many signs did this douchebag miss? You know, the ones that say: "Do Not Enter"
Then again, he was a San Franciscan driver. Most people up here on the roads are pretty bad. And yes, I am an expert, growing up in LA. :P

That is because of the effect of the differential. If you drag a car that is in park the tire with less traction will turn backwards while the other rolls forward. When you get a chance lift both driving wheels of your car off of the ground at the same time or have a shop put the car up on a lift and with it in park turn 1 driving wheel and watch because the other wheel will turn the opposite direction. The only time this won't work is if you have a locking differential that is locked.

That was so hilarious when they were running their tires in reverse, when they came out, and the back tires were rolling forwards and the fronts were going backward XD at least I now know my mom's prius has front-wheel drive... lol

I bet it was just still in park which is strange because they had the car powered on and could have put it in neutral.
