@DuneWest i dont use a gun and i dont allow someone thats going with me to carry one. i dont want to risk one of my dogs or fellow hunters getting hit by a richocet or bone fragments. my father in law had one of is dogs get killed that way. i use a knife to kill them but i have a catch dog that grabs the hog by the ear and helps control the hog while i grab its legs. its a huge adrenalin rush. if the guys in the video would have had a good catch dog that probably wouldnt have happened.

At least carry a pistol and/or have at least ONE person in your hunting party carry a rifle or shotgun that will do the job right and protect yourself from an attack from these pigs and make a hasty plan incase someone is attacked within your party so that hopefully nobody gets shot accidently in the process.
To begin with, I would NEVER go wild pig/boar hunting with only a measly bow!---but I guess hind sight is always 20/20...live and learn.
