I held the camera while shooting a white parachute flare with the nine inch 37mm launcher made by Spike's Tactical. www.spikestactical.com. The launcher is attached to my Stag Arms AR-15. It does add a little bit more weight to the gun but it is made very well and is very sturdy. 100% legal, 100% fun and very affordable. We shot 50 rounds of different kinds of flares, smoke and parachutes in the daytime and at night. Get some flares and some tracer bullets and night time shooting is 100 times better.

  • I was wondering about the legality of this, since a 300 dollar launcher just sounds too good to be true. Is it a NFA item and do you need to pay a tax on it or do you need a class 3 license?

  • @TheCUOAG Actually no, this is not an NFA item. It would become an NFA item if you choose to fire anything destructive out of it. I ONLY fire a variety of different flares out of it. Check out their website. I got mine in the mail from them.

  • Im wanting to buy this for my airsoft gun, and my airsoft gun can only accept 7 inch rails i think.

But I dont want to spend 200 bucks on a milspec rail, can this thing run on a rail that is not super high quality aluminium and only 7 inches?

    thanks man

  • @ComandnConquerFreak Do not mount this on an airsoft gun.

  • Sir. Can you tell me where i can buy that shell .. This thing is sweet.

  • @Vietboy1st I got my 37mm at: spikestacticaldotcom

The shells were kind of hard to find. I got mine at: militarygunsupplydotcom

But, I had to actually go to the store in Fort Worth and buy them. I don't even know if they still carry them. You can always call and ask. Good luck!

  • @TheTurtlehead agreed there are airosft m203 launchers stick with those, putting the spike launcher on an airsoft would invite bad publicity to both the airsoft and firearms community. its like trying to use a real knife for melee tag for airsoft games

  • @cv0lv0g0 No, they are just considered flare guns. You can get 12 gauge adapters but if you shoot anything other than 12 gauge flares it is considered an SBS, so keep that in mind.

  • @ComandnConquerFreak I dare you to mount it on your plastic airsoft gun. And post the video on youtube

  • Do I need a class 3? or tax stamp I am getting mixed info online.

  • @xXxchipperchopperxXx Mine is full metal and is not made of plastic -_-

  • @ComandnConquerFreak go ahead and do it kid mount it on a toy and let it blow up in your face im not to be held liable for your injuries

  • @TheTurtlehead sweet i live in the fort worth area

  • @TheTurtlehead Ahhh let him do it! ;)
