I've been really, really busy lately and it was a stressful week for me, so I wasn't active all that much.

I'm sure some of you already know about the 4 minute workouts by genghisgirl, but for those who don't know yet, check her out.

  • it's alright. losing .4 lbs is better than gaining it! This week has been rough for me too. but somewhat the opposite for me-- the exercise has been great, I'm sticking to it 4-5 times a week. I'm going today, which I think is 5 days... anyways, but my eating SUCKED. I think i went out and got fast food 3 days straight and...yeah.. not too great. but, exercise... that's the key man. Keep it up, and kick some ass these next two weeks!
