hey when you bounce back treasure map.. and you activate it.. does it still go back to your hand or does it get destroyed and does the attack still go thru?

damn it!!! bad news XD
treasure map, I just reviewed rules of it and mist valley falcon and went over it for a while, tested out in DS and sadly proved what I didn't want it to be... Returning a card is a cost, not an effect, which means you cannot activate treasure map in response... ouch >.<

this is so true XDDDDD I was just recently using the mist valley deck I did. It ran ok, needs speed and defense, other than that it ran epicly nice when my apex was sent to the graveyard, I had call of the haunted so I was gonna get attacked, BAM!!! negate, negate, negate, negate, half of the duel XDDDDDDD I was laughing so much.
I must look for that trap, the map thingie... it can work nicely... o.o

Yup they are very under-used for some odd reason..and they have all that potential..

@MAJORKANI kinda reminds me of ice barriers or worms. Personally I think those archetypes are not used because a lot of players (at risk of getting thumbs down and hate responses) prefer to play the easy overpowered decks like frog/monarchs or such. I've tested many archetypes and most of them (maybe 95%) require you to learn to use them first.
There is also a good example, Gladiator beasts, under-used today. I've fought one of the best so far... damn, I didn't last much...

Yes Exactly! If players just realized about the potential of these underused decks we would be having a more ranged deck variety while still being competitive.
I agree an the Gladiator Beasts thing, they are very good at what they do!!! Even in this format they do really well!
