26 seconds is how fast it is to boot windows 7 in my asus Eee pc 1000h... I upgraded it to 2GB RAM.

@510METROID I'm now running a core2duo desktop 2.4Ghz with 6GB ram. It has win7 64bit installed. It's even better ;)

@mrtavares hell yeah lol its true with xp i could only dream of playing 720p videos on youtube but now with 7 everything is flawless :)

you should do a boot time to the desktop - that's a true test (hint auto logon) :p

To be honest I don't know exactly what build it is.

You can do that on your asus 1000h. It will probably shave a couple of milliseconds to your boot time ;)

@gfetco I assume you've tried going into the bios and tweak the settings there, right?
