I agree with absolutely every singly thing you have said about Black Exploitation Television. But to answer your question about "why would the people who own BET portray us in such a bad light". Well, Bob Johnson sold BET to Viacom, which is a white-owned company that owns channels like MTV and VH1. hmmm. need I say more?

I agree! I dislike BET to the point I won't even watch the Music Video Awards. The only time I watched BET was for Everybody Hates Chris and since that comes on multiple channels now I have no need to watch BET. That channel represents nothing good about blacks and anyone who can't see that needs a serious wake up call!
