Part 1: Introduction & The Importance of Meeting Other Silva Graduates

We've been hard at work putting these video's together. After spending a few days with Laura Silva Quesada, we are finally able to unveil the most anticipated online video series to 212,000 members (and growing!) of our Silva Community.

In this 1st video, Laura Silva Quesada recaps how she asked our community to answer a survey on how Silva practitioners are maintaining their practice of the Silva Method. We recieved 1,192 excellent comments and questions that Laura will be addressing.
