Tiers are made up of regular tournament standings, and do not necessarily represent the outcome of any given matchup. To my knowledge the list is for high to top level of play, not just the casual gamers playing with their friends.
Besides that any player worth his weight in marbles knows that
Skill > Match up > Counterpick(stage) > Luck

well tiers are stupid any character can beat any character,i was using sheik vs a pro meta knigh and he loss,just stupid ppl make that list becuz they dont have a life so this is stupid no offense by the way
