Dude, please give me your best advice for beating the solo A part, ( Starts at 6:30 in your vdeo ) I save all my star power and have full start power and use it RIGHT when that part comes and even WITH star power my meter drains really fast, and I die.
So what are you doing on that part? strumming up and down, holding any notes? Just please describe it the best you can.
Thanks.

Hi - not sure if I understand your question - this video does show that I beat One on Expert. Just didn't 5-star it the first time I cleared it.

The beginning is pretty similar between hard/expert. This video was done on expert.

Fantastic job! I'm at this song (and the other lou stage ones) on Hard right now and I can't for the life of me make it past that last 25% of the stage (where you saved up the energy). Any tips on this for me? I've tried saving up the blue but I just don't know the best way to keep the three notes going over and over without just hitting the black bar a billion times because I of course miss a note every so often (meaning a lot). I can't seem to get that and thus, the song. :( Any ideas?

First, practice - slow it down and try doing hammmer-ons to a slower tempo. Also try playing just before the beat; chances are you're playing a little too late and it's causing a domino effect. Slowing it down can help expose any mis-timing.
Keep an eye on the rock meter - try to save your star power until absolutely necessary...if you're going down quickly, tilt up fast and start strumming on the beat.
Hope that helps...like I said in my notes it took me a long time before I got it!
