This is a quick demo/tutorial of how to screencast from/on your Mac without installing any 3rd party application, whatsoever. The only application needed is QuickTime Player. ;)

  • I only used the stock/default version on my Apple MacBook Pro - QuickTime Player 10. My MBP 13" is the latest non-Thunderbolt base/entry-level (Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard).

    My apologies for the poor audio as I did not use a mic/headset to record this. I know better for my future screencasts.

  • Whats the point of going to your app folder if all your apps are on your dock? Dock looks cool though.

  • Quicktime 7 I would be guessing? and do you need to purchase the pro version?
