And if Americans and Europeans are so damned concerned, how about assisting PR in handling this out of control population of cats & dogs.. They can complain and cry about animal rights but they won't spend a dime nor help in saving or protecting these animals, their lives are in the hands of those Puerto Ricans fighting to save them, so your either part of the solution or part of the problem.

There is a dog problem in PR, but this problem is not only in PR. This video is just another way to try to boycott the tourism in PR. Do boycott the tourism in PR help in any way?....ofcourse not, it will only bring more fire. Since u care so much about animals...why don't u got to Hawaii to stop the genocide of the Coqui?

Hay mucha necesidad para los perros en PR pero si nadie nos ayuda, como ustedes piensan q podemos hacer algo? El govierno es con lo q menos podemos contar pq si es por ellos, los mata a todos!! Y en esta estupida sociedad, alguien sin dinero es un nadie y no puede hacer nada! So esto solo c va a acabar cuando dejen d pensar en como c ve el pais! I have a dog who was abused and she was about to die becasue she had cancer and her legs were broke because idiots abused her butt dad is a vet and took her in and now she's my sweetheart I jut hate those kinds o people!!!!!! Shame on them if I was president they would go to jail
