you can eat that dish shared in two and still find it filling & tasty and why the hell do you have to make a competition? eat slowly or with the pace you want. thats when food tastes the best, doing a challenge is bad(as the interviewed unfortunately said "go deep until the end and never look back" why??thats so stupid, you don't even enjoy what you are eating.....but yes i would deep those grilled cheeses in my hottest hot sauces or sprinkle freshly chopped habanero on top....delicious
