  • Im from SA, and its great to see that everyone from around the world like's Vusi Mahlasela's perfomance. It's great African music - good beat, rythm and energy - and I also think it was the nights best performance!

  • here in brazi everyone loved the song, is delicious to hear, very good

  • @gormanick he is absolutley amazing

such an unusual but magnificent voice :D

  • Song is called "Say Africa": Written by David Goldblum and preformed by Vusi Mahlasela

  • It's amazing the way the words just roll off his tongue. I love it!

  • i absolutely loved Vusi! I had never heard of him before. I agree that this was an awesome performance. For the most part, I'd say the African artists really did it; their songs had an Africa focus/theme & were fun to move to, which made me proud to be from DRC/Africa.HELP: Question: I can't find my touareg brothers/sister group who performed that night. I don't remember their name, thanks!

  • Best of the night!!

this is how the whole kickoff should have sounded.

  • O Vusi Mahlasela e a Angelique Kidjo Madaram muito bem

  • Love from Sweden! This song was great!

  • I love Vusi. I think this was the best performance of the night. I wish they had featured more South African talent.
