Whew! Another video that took a while to do; mainly I just got stuck in terms of what footage to use and whether or not I wanted to experiment with Motion Blur. I chose not by the way. :P

Alright, here we go with the...
PLOTLINE:
Harry's dreams have become very strange; he keeps seeing a red-haired girl about his age. She keeps asking for help, screaming, terrified for her life, but he doesn't know why...until he sees a flash of Voldemort('s hand) during one of the dreams. He tells Ron and Hermione, who think that (because they have no idea who the girl is) these dreams are nothing; that Voldemort is just trying to "get to" Harry and put him off his guard. Being the heroic type that he is, Harry doesn't care; he wants to know who this girl is and what happened/is happening to her. Why would Voldemort care about a random girl? As school starts, his dreams transcend his subconscious; the girl begins to appear to him while he is awake (like when he is looking at Ron, for example). One night, after a particularly violent dream in which he hears Voldemort torturing the girl, Harry wakes up almost screaming, in a cold sweat. Ron, having watched him worriedly as he thrashed about, gets Prof. McGonagall and together they walk Harry to Dumbledore's office. Harry's still hallucinating, actually seeing the girl flicker before his eyes on the way. In the headmaster's office, Harry glimpses the girl attempting to run, before stumbling down; Voldemort stands over her, smiling. Unable to control himself, Harry yells out at Dumbledore, wondering what is happening to him. As the headmaster cannot do anything immediate for Harry, he sends him back to this dormitory. In his room, Harry rails about in frustration, not able to understand what is going on. The next night, Snape comes to Harry, dragging him down to his office in the dungeons; Dumbledore has asked him to search Harry's mind--his dreams, his visions--in order to find out what it is that he is seeing, what is happening. At first everything seems to be going right, he sees what Harry sees in his visions; but then something goes wrong. When Snape comes back out of Harry's head, he can still see the girl in his vision; the connection between his and Harry's mind is still intact and gone amok. Harry begins to feel intense pain, convulsing, as the visions become darker: he sees himself in a mirror before his head becomes that of Voldemort; he sees the murder of the girl from his visions, but she does not disappear even after the curse in performed. Now it is Voldemort's and the girl's face which flicker constantly about his consciousness in an erratic and unorganized pattern. Unable to take it, Harry attempts to break the mirror before him, the one with Voldemort's head upon his body. As the mirror breaks, so do the visions; Harry feels something horrible and cold rising out of his chest before everything goes black...
Waking up, Harry finds himself on the Hogwarts Express; he asks Ron and Hermione what happened to him. Ron explains that, while he was asleep, Harry went rigid and that he and Hermione thought he was "having a fit, or something." The details are almost completely gone as Harry asks, "Someone was screaming...a woman."
Carefully, Hermione tells him, "No one was screaming, Harry."

MUAHAHAHAHA! I love that ending; it just makes me feel rather evil. So, what do you think? Did it happen or was it all just a dream? :P I'll leave it up to you to decide. Hehehehe.

  • BLOODY AMMAZING! Wow! I'm just blown away by this lol how on earth did you come up with such a great plot! Love the ending mwhahah poor Harry!

  • Haha, thanks! :)

When I first started this vid, I actually hadn't planned on such a mean ending for it. I was probably just going to make Hayley real and Harry watches her murder, blah blah blah. But then I thought of the possibility that she was never real and that Harry was dreaming the whole thing. Hehe, it just all came together from there.

I'm so mean to Harry. hehehe

  • Your welcome :D

I really like the open ending, it just gives the whole think a foreboding (hmm I think that's the word I'm looking for xD) feel.

Yeah, be mean to Harry again, I love angsty Harry! hehe

  • Lol, yay angsty Harry! XD

It's way to easy to be mean to the poor kid; he's just an easy target, I guess. :)

Oh, by the way, thanks for sending me the link to that video contest! It looks awesome, so I'm definitely going to enter. :D
