Dance Central 2 - "Toxic" (Hard - 100% Gold) Gameplay

100% moves and gold stars! Performing "Toxic" as originally performed by Britney Spears on Hard for Dance Central 2.

This routine's difficulty ranks juuuust slightly under "Somebody to Love" for me (although the style and attitude in this choreo is off the charts). I actually found The Bieb's routine a bit tougher to pick up than this one, I guess because some of the moves in "Toxic" were already familiar, having already appeared in DC. It's still a CRAZY tough track to get the hang of though, and don't even get me started on all the back arching this song required haha.

What really made this routine difficult was the TIMING. Some moves would hit the actual four counts or the beats, and other moves in the song would rely on the non-percussion instruments or lyrics. It was a real challenge getting the timing right (and I still haven't quite gotten the hang of it all), but I felt I had it down well enough to start taping. Nonetheless, this is another SOLID routine from the DC2 choreographers, and I couldn't be any more pleased with it!

"Toxic" by someone impersonating Britney Spears is rated seven out of seven for difficulty in Dance Central 2 and is ranked in the Off The Hook level of the game. "Toxic" is included on the Dance Central 2 game disc.

@shinAeMin This routine took me longer than usual (practiced it three nights for an hour each time) but typically I run through BID mode once or twice and then I wind up taping on the same night after an hour or two of practice.

@HeatBringer101 Thanks! You get to unlock stuff by going through Crew Challenge. Different items are unlocked (like the gold boombox) depending on the difficulty you complete on CC. From what I could tell, the gold boombox is the prize for easy mode, the blue and pink robots are for medium, and the gold robot and Dr. Tan are for hard.
