If you're a parent considering taking your kid(s) to this "A Day Out With Thomas" event, do NOT hesitate. It is sure to thrill your whole family. In this video, Thomas the Tank Engine pulls an excursion train at the Orange Empire Railway Museum in Perris, CA. My family and I had a wonderful time seeing and riding behind Thomas (just watch my 1-1/2 year-old daughter's enthusiasm!), while also riding other short excursion trains and visiting various railroading exhibits.

  • My 22 month old son is obsessed with your video. It has well timed music, just the right mix of kid pics (toddlers love other toddlers) and trains which he looooooves. Thanks for a great video!!

  • Glad you enjoy it, and I hope you can take him to a similar Thomas event. They're GREAT!

  • Where exactly was this in California!?! I wish I was there.

  • Perris, California

  • They must have had a back engine on Thomas, he was made to carry carts not full blown coaches.

  • @iBook3503332 So that's why when they use they use that model, they always have a Diesel engine coupled up at the back?

  • I'm 16, so obviously Thomas inpired me, I still got my tapes, I went to one in 2002 at age 7 it was amazing, I just want this event to come back to Northern California, so now my teenage railfan self can take video of this Thomas

  • i heard thomas here in the USA is just a dummy engine that can make smoke so it looks like he real.is that true or is he an actually running train and their just a back engine to help him pull those heavy coaches?

  • i remember going there when i was 3 im 15 now and its still a good memory

  • This is something that i will definately do when i have a kid or kids of my own. I was never previlaged enough to get to go as a kid to any railroad stuff, except a model railroad exibit here and there and at a CSX Operation Lifesaver yard when my dad worked for the railroad. I even got to sit in an SD40-2 Bright Future. Boy was it amazing. Ever since then i have been a fan of the railroad.

  • @vally72 the sounds song

  • I don't believe it. You went on my 13th birthday. Awkward, as I was at the Stock Yards. Anyway, I did it, and I'd do it again if I could. It's lots and lots of fun!

  • Take a look at my production. You can find the trains, the Finnish army, the beautiful scenery of Finland, folk music, sailing ship "Sedov", martial arts, sports, art exhibitions, animations, a lot of Super 8 films and others interesting!

  • Knows anybody what melody singing from 1:55?
