@ThomasJMallo It wasnt actually that hard. Basically, I tracked a 2d position for the muzzle, then rotoscoped a 3d rotation. Once I had that, I built all of the hud elements and parented to the position/rotation null. Added motion blur and optical flares, and... that's about it.
