Achingly beautiful - sung from the depths of his soul... No one will ever be able to reach into people's hearts and souls the way John Denver could. His music took all of us on special journeys of discovery. Oh, how you are missed, John!

I marvel how one man can; not only have so much love in his heart; but also be able to give and share it so lovingly and openly. What a gift to the world was John Denver. What a gift to each of us.

@Chrisiant Yes, it is. It's on an album; I just don't remember which one. I'll have to check. The one with all his Alaska songs, I think.
This song truly stands out. Not just from all of John Denver's songs but all songs. This song is inspiring, Beautiful, joyous, sad, revolutionary, independent, free, wonderful, emotional, astronomical, wise, knowledgeable, addictive, incredible, undeniable, outstanding and. . . its pretty catchy.

I was at the Choices for the Future Symposium back in 1988. I worked with the Earthkeepers program that summer. Your video brought tears to my eyes. That experience was one of the highlights of my life. John sang this song as a prayer. Everyone there was forever changed. Thank you for allowing me to relive that special moment. I miss him so very much!

I'm envious. I missed my opportunity to see John shortly before he died and have always regretted it. Glad the video brought back happy memories.
