http://180degreehealth.com for more. This is a great way to make a quick sherbet or light ice cream by just mixing frozen fruit, a little half and half, and a little sweetener if desired. Peaches, mango, and bananas are all great. Strawberries too, but blend well to break down the small, indigestible seeds!

  • @TheWonderwise Adding a little blackstrap molasses is great. I had already had some molasses in my meal so I didn't add it here. I added the half and half to make it creamy and rich (just eating fruit has a tendency to crash out sugars later on, vs. the effects of a richer desssert).
