Not the least of a heart sound. I am a pediatrician. Normal weight. Read instructions over and over. Just noise sounds.

@SyafiA7X Should work, but you must have a microphone. Try the iphone white earphones - however as shown in this vid, the best results come from the iphone's built-in mic. I don't know the best plug-in mic (I've tried some of the cheap "pill" mics and they are not good enough to hear a heartbeat).
