Time Warner Cable NYC Denies Service Problems During PSC Hearing Despite Evidence to the Contrary

This video is a tiny fraction of TWC NY service and signal problems that I've had for over 3 years on a daily basis while complaining to the Public Service Commission at the same time. We've just been through an a Hearing conducted by the PSC's Informal Hearing Unit who after those same 3 years, is now formally deciding if my claims are actually based on facts. TWCNY thinks and had no compunction to claim in front of the PSC, (a government agency funded by taxpayer's money), this doesn't exist.

Please take note: No SOUND/AUDIO/PICTURE, JUST PIXELATION on one of the channels as well as just the latter on the other. And this is constant. Would you call this giving service? And since this happens constantly, on any and all channels, I can't watch TV in full, but I'm charged, and I am supposed to pay in full. Well I think I should be reimbursed as well as credited. What do you think?
