By default in Windows 7, the size of the hibernation file (hiberfil.sys) will be the same as the amount of installed RAM on your computer.

TO ENABLE: powercfg -h on

TO DISABLE: powercfg -h off

i run CMD as admin and entered powercfg -h on

@GamePlayUpload It didn't work for me as well. However I needed it to stop the hibernation in hybrid sleep mode cause my display never turned on after hibernation so I used the solution in this article:

And later found a setting in advanced power plan changes that disables hybrid sleep.
