Card counting is not cheating. Almost everyone who plays blackjack tries to keep track of how many low and high cards have been played. This guy just happens to be better than most.

Cheating on blackjack would include “post betting”, “hand mucking”, “marking the cards”, “false deals”, “false shuffles and cuts”, etc. And yes, “Cheaters” have been known to be barred. Should they be arrested, maybe, but is it worth it to the casino to spend the time and money to prosecute?

Once again "Narnhart", he is cheating. Grand Victoria makes the rules in THEIR casino. He is a better cheater then the others so that is why Grand Victora kicked his cheating ass out on the street. And he would not have been arrested....this is another reason I call you a moron. GV IGC will not arrest for card counting they will just bar him from coming back.
