Unity pro at 1,500 is a bit pricey but looks worth the money. If you don't mind being a little platform limited I guess one could try XNA there is also Panda3d which looks very promising and is used by Disney in their MMO's. But again.. I do have a job and Unity does look pretty awesome.

first, sorry my bad inglish. i instal the free version and inthe finish i see the mensage of error to initialize program. error nummber: 14 60. after, i open the unity and not conect the data base. I cant see property tab in rhe side. tanks for atention.
