In this video we have Curtis Williams, a former NFL athlete and Professional Trainer; NASM-CPT & ISCA Boxing and Hanna Chung, M.S. Nutrition Consultant performing a series of exercises that challeges your core strength, shoulder endurance/stability, single leg stability/strength and boxing to increase cardiovascular endurance. The majority of these exercises are executed by minipulating the leverage of their own body weight...who needs weights!!!?? The only equipment used was undulation strength ropes, TRX, a box, and THEMSELVES!!!

try slowing down the exercise at 2:50 instead of just using momentum. it will be a totally different exercise.
