I just noticed the weight lying pretty much on the neck tending forward in the lift, wouldn't he be able to 1RM more with a low bar squat?

@xChriz503 no belt, knee wraps, squat suit, squat briefs, 47 spotters, hydraulic racks, etc.

@openaccessuser it's not that acceptable, however his flexibility is a major reason for him switching from O-Lifting to Powerlifting.

@BROZKNOWS Have you had problems with some of your athletes on ankle flexibility? Does heavy calf stretching and calf work over time help?

@Snarfdmypants stretching doesn't help, but catching heavy cleans and getting smashed on heavy squats seem to work good.
