  • well if you READ the title or LISTENED to my story you would see its called growing up ITALIAN AMERICAN....thank you, p.s., I do speak Italian!

  • I didnt make this video to make people happy...i made it for me. The music I chose reminds me of the movies I watched with my dad as a kid.... they are a part of MY history- I am representing ME. the pics are MY family... and lastly Speak Softly My Love is a beautiful song...anyone who doesnt like it doesnt have to watch...those who appreciate it- thank you....and lastly some families can relate to a first hand look at the underworld....I'm not ashamed of my family...only proud to be who I am.

  • Thank you all for the nice comments! I am who I am because of my culture and my family....proud Italian always!

  • Italians will always be at the top. We are the backbone of America. We discovered America, and started the Bank of America. And obviously we are the backbone of America. So if I was American I would get on my knees every time I see an Italian and beg him or her for an offer that they can't refuse.

  • @glamxoxbrunette many italians americans often write a strange word that for you is italian "paisan" but here in italy noone say this, first because is wrong and the right word is "paisà", second because this is a word used many decades ago and now is dead....italians americans are stopped in old italy of decades ago but now all is changed, italy is far different from the past 50 years

  • @glamxoxbrunette My opinion is that an italian american is not italian because he was born and raised in english enviroment, he is english.

is italian who is mothertongue italian and is raised in an italian enviroment...italian americans of firsta generation maybe like you say are italians a bit, but after the first they lost the original culture because are immersed into another enviroment...watch the jersey shore for example

  • @sandrodream2 Wrong! "Italian-Americans" were born in America and were brought up Italian. Also, many DO SPEAK ITALIAN FLUENTLY, like myself. Whereas just "Italians" were born in Italy. Were still the same and share so much love for our beautiful culture and you and everyone elses hatred is NOT needed here..thanks

  • this is so true! every part i can relate, besides im growing up as an italian american in chicago lol! my parents are from caccamo sicily and our culture and the past is such a beautiful thing! <3 way to represent paisan! xoxo

  • I enjoyed this very much, it looks a lot like the pictures of my own Italian-American family growing up in New Jersey. The "gravy" cooking all day, the big Sunday dinners, the "kiddie table", cousins and family galore. It was a blessing and a curse sometimes too! Thanks for posting.

  • @oOoNICOoOo Great video I was thinking about making one but I decided not to.The photos are where they belong with my family but thats just me.

  • @siftingcinders2 Fuck You!!!
