is it ok to peel the potatoes before poping them in the oven

@zeus210125 If you peel them, there is no skin to hold in moisture and they will dry out. I suggest, if you want them peeled (personally, I love the peels) slice them, toss with olive oil and bake on a baking sheet until golden brown. Enjoy!
