I had a hard time staying awake to make this one. My suggestion is to watch it once with your eyes open then replay it with them closed. Some people balk at the word "obey". I have found in practice it just works better. The only commands you will be obeying is to feel safe, loved, and comfortable as you drift off to sleep. Sweet dreams.

This thing freaking screwed up my brain...I don't have insomnia, I just like watching stuff like this. I watched this, I went to bed after this, got to sleep, woke up later at 12:00, feeling very awake, and I couldn't really remember watching this, like I was in a trance then. After that I couldn't even get back to sleep for a while
