When I was a kid, I grew up dreaming of becoming the greatest superhero. At first I wanted to be Captain America. Here was an all-American strongman whose superpowers included super strength, endurance, speed, agility, reflexes, durability, and cellular rejuvenation. His super-soldier serum does not wear off as it is regularly regenerated. Captain America also uses a nigh-indestructible discus-shaped shield that can be thrown as a weapon. Captain America is also famously known as American symbol for patriotism. And he had a gallant charm that knocked all the ladies off of their feet too.
But then I happened to stumble accross another superhero - Batman. Unlike Captain America, I considered Batman as the real mccoy. He does not posses any superpowers at all. He fought the bad guys using his intellect, detective skills, wealth, science and technology, physical prowess and intimidation techniques. Batman is a cultural icon and has been licensed and adapted into various media including radio, television and films.
Those were my dreams when I was a kid. But then adulthood creeps up on you and you realize that you're no superhero. Stress here, down times there - I am no Steve Rogers. I am no Bruce Wayne.
But then I came upon the raw organic superfood that is Marine Phytoplankton. It is considered to be the greatest superfood on the planet. European doctors, microbiologists, and botanists who spent years and millions on research to prove this, seem to agree. Marine Phytoplankton benefits also prove that it is the greatest. It can make the skin appear more vibrant and younger, regulate blood sugar naturally, improve eyesight, increase strength, strengthen the immune, nervous, and endocrine systems, defend against radiation, speed the recovery from illnesses and diseases and many more.

Superfood??? I assume you mean more vitamins and nutrients than normal. A person has a saturation point for nutritional absorption, and after that is reached any further attempt to "add more" won't work...after the top limit is reached the body excretes the surplus.

"megavitamins" are bunk; their only saving grace is taking 3000 times the RDA means people of all body types can take the same pills.
