  • DH and I are 12 days away from P3 and I've been a little nervous when learning about others and their mishaps. Thank you Colleen for clearing things up with your vlogs! We'll eat more of what we've been eating, plus other veggies and toss in some nuts or wrap meats in bacon, have a little block cheese but don't go crazy, go slow!

  • Thanks for making this video.. I did the same thing! I too have done alot of things wrong on P3. Not "cheating" - I thought I knew what to do - instead I was confused and ate the wrong foods for wk 1-3. I wish I could go back and do a do -over, but I'm going into wk 2 - I'm not giving up. Live and learn. Every day I say "start over today, it's a new day"

  • @9005tamara - that is the PERFECT attitude to have - Because you think this way, stick with it and before you know it you will be at GOAL!!! ;)

  • • I did something similar with P2 round 1 and turned it into a round 2. I had a hiccup in there for a whole week without HCG and did 2 loading days; well actually I wasn't eating very well that whole week and gained like nine pounds lol. N now I am calculating that my total time minus that hiccup was 43 days on P2,I am doing as of now the 3 days prior to P3 ( no HCG and the 500 cal before I increase my intake on Tuesday ) I am doing this blind and can use some advice. Not at my goal weight.

  • It was pretty much a in a blink of an eye..lol Began Feb 27 and started back on P2 March 9th. Hopefully I won't get slapped by anyone for saying that.=P I just know it was the best choice for me.

  • Do as I say not what I did ;) Just increase you P2 stuff at first. Write everything down especially when you introduce nut, fats etc that you body hasn't had all this time. So if something triggers a gain you can better pinpoint the culprit. When it comes to veggies adding the ones you couldn't have on P2 should be safe. Slow but sure is the key to successful P3. That's how I'm doing it next time =) Your'e going to do GREAT!
