I was considering making a video saying pretty much the same thing... except not on the legality of the bet but rather on it being pretty unethical. There are people in New Orleans who could use some of that money... or in Africa.

heh... so many people don't understand the technicalities of the online gambling bill. The bill targets the banks. It is illegal for the bank to process a transaction to or from a gambling website.

it's not just the online gambling bill. these guys were placing bets across state lines, which runs into the commerce clause.
