If you listen to the Japanese VA's laugh, it is actually more psychotic than Freeman's. Don't get me wrong, Freeman gets the job done, but the VA's excels at the job.
Although when Freeman just talks as Albedo, it's much better than the deep voice of the Japanese VA's laugh.
