June 4th 2 years
i cannot believe it it went so fast
In all honesty for a first horse
he was a bad choice
as inexperienced as i was but we learned together
its hard to see from the videos how far we have come
when i first got him we couldn't canter on the track or trot a circle or jump with style
now the style hasnt muched improved :P
But his quality of canter and jump is heaps better
we are actually going out and doing things
i think this will be the year where i will finally reach my goal of doing XC and eventually competiting in an ODE

Few little things
The SJ at blewbury was his first time ever in an indoor school i wasn't folding much because if i had released his head i would not be speaking to you now :P He was very merry about it all :)
And yes the clip at the end i dance with my pony :) he likes it

THE BIG CHANGES

And i know there is still alot of work to do but we are getting there

PROUD PERSON
THis may sound to small to some of you but yesterday for the first time i had two canters while out hacking and as soon as i checked he came back into a beautiful rhythm and for once i could not worry about him running off twas fab :)

How long were you riding for before you got a horse?

about 5/6 years at a riding school

and one year learning how to like ride better on someone elses horse :)

i know i was pretty shit for riding that long :p
