  • Innomuse: First, realize that I'm not a lawyer nor do I work for YouTube, so I can only offer observations, not legal advice. I would think that there's some amount of "fair use" one could claim for YouTube videos, since they're posted publicly. For example, a TV station can run a YouTube video on air, since it's "news" to a certain degree. However, using a video in a commercial product is a different deal, and you probably have to get permission from the video's owner.
