@ Zoslick - he totally whoops some butt when he jumps off the edge. There's an episode where Monkey King whoops butt on Heavens 10,000 warriors, so I assume an army of zombie warriors would be no problem ;)
Anybody know where I can find a good copy of the book? My library has never heard of it and I'm not sure what to look for. You know how tricky it can be to find a properly translated book even if it is a classic, and I don't know where to start.
The original author is Cheng'en Wu. There are two english translations that I am aware of:
1 - Monkey: A Folk Tale of China by Arthur Waley (an abridged version) 2 - Journey to the West by W.J.F. Jenner (a complete translation)
I haven't read either yet so I can't comment on the books, but if you check Amazon they have reviews of both versions and you could decide from there.
something about my and my freinds need to cross the mountain and cool the lava, so we need your fan, i know the last line is something like come on dont be so stingy.
in the story, i believe he wipes the floor with all them magma soldiers. then he takes the fan... he wants to borrow the fan so he can cool the lava n whatnot... but she looks down at him for being a joke. a monkey joke. poor poor monkey... he gets it though...
