Adoption agencies and the courts that are facilitating adoptions are making a heap of money from these so called "adoptions", so much so that they have now decided that all Americans ought to now "pitch in" with their tax dollars to help pay for them. Look at 0:45 and you'll see you can get tax refund check of $13,170 even if you owe no taxes. Adoption Agencies know that a lot of people can't afford their high priced adoption fees, so that have lobbied and gotten it to where all Americans will now pay for all expenses 1:33 on these "adoptions" while adoption agencies rake in the cash. There is a catch though, look at this: 1:54, if your adoption won't make any lawyer, or adoption agency any money ie: step parent adoption--you don't get any money! However, if you can get the child you're adopting termed "special needs" then the cash bonuses go through the roof : 3:30- 5:16.
What is a special needs child? According to the Department of Public Health & Human Services the definition is "Children that are hard to place for adoption such as older children; minority children ( MEANING EVERY NON-WHITE CHILD); sibling groups;
and children with medical conditions, or physical, mental, and emotional handicaps often are
determined to have special needs."
So under this broad definition who isn't considered special needs? Well, its only white babies that aren't retarded.

If you can't afford to adopt a child don't worry--now we are all entirely "footin the bill!" You can take not only the tax credit and cash tax bonus, but also the "employer reimbursed tax exclusion" 4:56- 5:16, so not only will the tax payers pay for the adoption, but your employer will be pitching in just as much, so some tax payers will now pay for yet a third cash bonanza! That ought to help all those struggling businesses out there in these troubled times. If you need and extra $26,340 snaatch a kid and the government will give it to you, after their campaign contributors take a cut.
People always ask us why would people want to steal children, where is the money trail that would justify this?
The answer is: its coming from your pocket.
PS: Who did this?
The bill was H.R. 213

All are Republicans. Aren't the Republicans supposed to be about saving us money? Apparently not. Next time you'll know who NOT to vote for.
No one is getting money for "stealing" someone's child. ESPECIALLY we people that adopt special needs children through the foster care system. While I would like to say that $13K+ is going to be fun money to have a fun time with... it won't be. It's money that we will pour back into our children to enrich their futures and do things like make repairs to out home where in emotional rages they have destroyed things. Believe me... I love my kids, but they came at a much higher "cost" than 13K

Yes they are--hand over fist. Look at what happened to John Wyatt and the Missouri man Craig Lentz. If you file a false adoption you committed fraud and you don't deserve this money. But I am sure that like all people that rip off the USA you will lie about it and get furious when confronted on it. Just like the crooks on Wall Street, only they are way better than you. The Wall Street crowd is stealing money, people that file false adoption steal peoples children.

If that is all true you deserve help, but people who file false adoptions to take children from parents that want them--like what happened to John Wyatt and the Missouri man Craig Lentz, should not get this money. This law will even give this money to people who file false adoptions that fail because they were illegal--that is what happened to the Missouri man and it's just plain wrong.
