Part 3 of the beer barrel circuit,
in total there is 4 stations with 18 goes on each one,
working through all of the exercises with the barrel and following on with the steps- bag work- and rotate the tyre flips and skipping,
station 1- keg clean & press, press ups, keg shoulder press, burpees,
keg bicep curls, keg tricep dips, hoist keg to shoulder (1st left then right) burpee & spring into boxers stance,
keg sit ups, sit ups, keg twists, oblique twists,
keg front squat & press, keg bend over row, keg lunges, keg squats, star jumps
station 2
step ups and put gloves on ready for 3
station 3
bag work, work bag consistantly
station 4
skipping, or tyre flips,
wanted to get both in but time wouldn,t have allowed it as it would've added another 9 mins,
rotated them and gained some rest on the skipping
