The Downgrade of Resident Evil

It's a little preachy, but watch it anyway.
And for those of you with young eyes, try to read those comments, there's some additional information to be found there.

"The next instalment in the Resident Evil series will be a full franchise reboot, Capcom's Resi dev team has said.

Speaking to US site 1UP, producer Jun Takeuchi said Resident Evil 5 is likely to be the last of its kind, which is sure to please reviewers who've complained of its glaring similarities to the previous game."

There are some abstract rules in video games. In Zelda, Link's health is measured in Hearts. What exaclty does a heart mean? How come defeated enemies drop hearts? How do these dropped hearts physically work? It's an abstract rule for measuring health and its nonsensical. I think we can forgive such things of a video game, including magic wormhole boxes.

@Joshuazx your 100% right, the survival horror Re games are way better then the action ones, i gotta admit thought RE4 and RE5 were very good though but the survival horror ones are way way way way better, my fave Re game is code Veronica, second fave is is the first one and the third is RE3 and fourth is RE2 and fifth is RE5 i miss the old RE'S but since i'm a true fan of the series i will play every one

@Joshuazx Yeah well I don't know ether but if you could give me a little more detail on how you did this video I can probability use it as a stating point before I do something more complicated. Also you do know how to do the Youtube caption (that thing under the video that looks like a comic strip balloon) since it's in one of the Youtube videos you made.

@nintendobard I used notepad to organize my thoughts, then I made slides in paint bucket and put it all together in windows movie maker. I don't remember, but it might have taken me 4-6 hours.

I agree with you. Though I like Re$ident Evil 4, I like the old ones better. Sad that Capcom has changed its style. But its not that Capcom has completely made the game worse, it also has some nice features, but its too easy to go through the game. Capcom should've made RE4 a lot harder and old school style.
