Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Egypt, Turkey, China, Colombia, El Salvador, Panama, Nicarauga, etc.? One is not necessarily a hypocrite for denouncing a President's internal social economic policies (as part of an open debate of the electorate) while at the same time being repelled by those attempting to categorically defame the US by branding it with fallicious foreign policy motivations. One deals with criticizing mistaken internal social economic issues, the other deals with denouncing militants that disseminate the notion of a permanent evil agenda as part of the fabric of the US.
